1. Who is responsible
Zil Smart Solutions, Business Registration Number B8441574, Anse Aux Pins, Mahé, Seychelles (“ZSS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) controls the personal data collected through this public SeyCarHire website. This notice concerns website visitors and demo, contact or pilot enquiries. The operational SeyCarHire application has a separate privacy policy describing the roles of ZSS and participating car hire operators.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, business name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, fleet size, island or location, current booking method, operational challenges, delivery practices, preferred demo time and any message you provide. We may also receive ordinary technical and security information such as request time, browser or device information, IP address and form-delivery logs.
3. Why and on what grounds we use it
We use the information to respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, assess pilot suitability, prepare a quotation or service discussion, protect the form from abuse, keep an enquiry record and comply with law. Depending on the circumstances, the lawful ground is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries and securing our website, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.
4. Marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We will send direct marketing only where permitted by law and will provide a reasonable way to opt out. We may still send messages necessary to answer your enquiry or administer a requested service.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be accessed by authorised ZSS personnel and providers supporting website hosting, form delivery, databases, email, communications, security and technical support.
