1. Provider and application
This website is operated by Zil Smart Solutions, Business Registration Number B8441574, Anse Aux Pins, Mahé, Seychelles (“ZSS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). SeyCarHire is a ZSS Mobility software product and is not a separate legal entity. These Terms govern use of this public website.
2. Information only
The website provides general information about SeyCarHire and may change as the product develops. Content, demonstrations, examples and feature descriptions are not legal, accounting, insurance or regulatory advice and are not a guarantee that every feature will meet an operator’s requirements.
3. Enquiries do not create a contract
Submitting a demo, contact or pilot form is only an expression of interest. It does not oblige ZSS to provide access, reserve a place, accept an operator or create a subscription, pilot, partnership or service contract. Any service will be governed by a separate written quotation, order, pilot agreement or subscription agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
4. Accurate and authorised submissions
You must provide accurate information and may submit business details only where you are authorised to do so. You must not use the website to impersonate another person, send unlawful or harmful content, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the website, or attempt unauthorised access.
5. Intellectual property
SeyCarHire, the website, software concepts, text, graphics, logos, interface designs and other materials are owned by ZSS or used under licence. You may view the website and retain ordinary copies for evaluating the service. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify or exploit its content or branding without written permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Notice and in accordance with the Seychelles Data Protection Act, 2023. Do not submit customer records, identity documents, card information or other sensitive operational data through the public enquiry form.
7. Availability and external services
We use reasonable care to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Hosting, internet, form-delivery and other external services may be unavailable. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are controlled by their respective operators.
8. Liability and statutory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZSS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, external services or unauthorised use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts any applicable right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2010.
9. Changes
We may update the website and these Terms for legal, security, operational or product changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
